What are you betting on when you say bet on wiggle not completing ? The completion of a wiggle, although a low probability event, gives one a high odds opportunity to bet on a certain outcome. An incomplete wiggle gives you nothing.

You're very correct about that, I just checked the 240 minute bar chart and, in fact, the 240 minute bar was completed at 12:30 pm and the wiggle did not appear... we could see more selling very soon unless we see a good rally into the close...
