The Islamists claim that he was their agent taking revenge for the US attempting to impose a new world order on the world of Islam. More American will die in the future because of Kasi/Kansi, or so they will say. And Zonder will tell you that it's perfectly understandable. But if Thurston Howell and his ilk express a wish that Muslims would die, that's unacceptable. Don't ask Zonder to explain, she won't be able to. Edit: not, that's not fair. Maybe she can. I think it's sort of like why it's ok for Palestinians to kill Israelis but not vice versa. Nature red of tooth and claw maybe?
