Of course. Barring Islamic Fundamentalist hegemony or some equally unlikely event, recovery will eventually occur. I'm inclined to think my friends will never recover all of their CSCO investment, but that's just one case. The rational question really is: How long will recovery take, and how much worse will conditions get before then?

History suggests that it could take a very long time.
