I think things are already headed in that direction, regardless of Bush. Hence, the controversial "Axis of Evil" declaration.

Funny how the level of interaction between the axis of evil characters didn't increase dramatically until Bush dubbed them the Axis of Evil.

Remember the old adage....divide and conquer. Well, Bush has coined a new one...unite them and then, try to conquer.
