QCOM's management is given a window when they can exercise & sell options. It should be noted, they do not know when the next window to sell will present itself. Many of the options exercised were due to expire and the Jacob's family have a majority of their net worth tied up in QCOM even after their recent transactions.

I don't think anybody on this board likes insiders selling stock, but most on this board that have owned the stock through the 90's will tell you Q's management has earned their keep.
