Any opinions of BBH and AMGN, BGEN, CHIR, DNA?

BBH broke a quadruple bottom (PnF) today. It could reverse 3pts back up, but this may be the clue that it will break down out of the wedge. I'm not sure which components are behaving strongest and weakest in the HOLDR.

One strategy would be to sit and wait for the break.
Another would be to go Long the strongest and short the weakest. Any thoughts?

edit: From the looks of Biotechs, it's clear they bottomed in July.

Paul ... what are your

thoughts/observations on NDX rebalancing and its effects? Do stocks really tank when they get taken out, or is that just folk-lore? Or is it all situation specific?

I notice that the rebalancing date also corresponds with your suggested date for a bottom.
