No opinion on silver personally, pretty agnostic generally, it has been a while since we've seen a little run in it though hasn't it, and it seems historically to have little runs every once in a while .... but you know, after posting that to you about wtc being better than bay, i got to thinking about it - this is probably because i find it hard to wrap my brain around the value of the five-year warrants on paa.to that come with the takeout -

'each Corner Bay share will be exchanged for 0.385 common share of Pan American plus 0.1925 of a Pan American warrant. Each whole warrant will allow the holder to purchase a common share of Pan American for a price of $12 for five years.'

It's possible though that a person could just wait and get the warrants later, because -

'The warrants will, subject to regulatory approval, be listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.'

... hmmm, i plan to do a rethink on bay.to ... on digital photography cutting demand for silver, i simply don't believe it - for every photo replaced by it there will be another generated among folks who don't have computers and may not even have electricity ... one of the first things people want when they finally get a little money for luxury goods, is photos of their family, and there are billions in that category, who might with a little luck be able one day not only to feed themselves, but to squander on discretionary stuff as well .... and long before they've got enough for the infrastructure required by digital photography
