think you are right. Historic volume at $3.50 was almost nonexistant. I am not a chartist, but I use charts, especially candelsticks to get a better handle on shortterm movements and indicators like Tom de Mark's sequential to pinpoint exhaustion selloffs. I usually favour fundamentals to base my decisions on. The credentials of IPSU are rare. But as such, it contradicts "efficient market" hypothesis, because it seems just lack of info about the company is responsible for the fact that it's still under $6, so random walk maybe an approximation but it cannot account for such valuation differentials such as in this case...
