If we look back at where this whole topic sprung from, we will see that it was the technicality of the US having signed the treaty. I realize they did not (and would not) ratify. I said all that. The point is that there are some out there arguing that the US did not sign it. That is simply not true. A very simple, albeit small, point.

You seem to be under the impression that living in this beachfront fairyland means low-IQ. Is that an insult to LindyBill as well? And to all the smart and rich people of this world who have made the money to afford living in a beachfront fairyland quasi-tax haven like Monte-Carlo? In that line of reasoning, are the Eskimos the smartest of the lot? <g>
