I have real concerns with our drug laws, also, and with the enforcement mechanisms used, as I have discussed on other threads. But I go along with Socrates that if you accept the benefits of living in a society you are obligated to comply with its laws, even those you don't like or approve of, until you can get them changed. The idea that one should have the right to pick and choose which laws one is willing to obey and wants enforced is, IMO, even more damaging to our society than the bad laws are.
