I understand there is no proof, but instead is suspicion. There is also a story out there which ties in to this - that Iraq has purchased (legally) through Turkey 3.5 vials of atropine - used for both heart attacks and also an antidote for nerve gas. Have you heard about this story?

If Iraq did recently order millions of vials of atropine it would indicate something other than an expectation on their part of an epidemic of heart attacks IMO.
