Frank - Please. I am about to cry here. Is there no communication on this thread? I know about ratification. I said that several times on this very issue. The point is that there are some here who claim the US did not sign Kyoto (I know the US did not ratify it), which is false, as a simple look at its list of signatories can tell. I'll bet you a KrispyKreme, which you'll have to find I completely agree with you, so no bet. But I don't mind offering you a pain au chocolat. We don't have doughnuts here <g>
