I'm not sure why now, unless something is going on that might increase interest in the company. Perhaps they are worried that someone they are talking with in their negotiations for new partnerships will attempt to grab the company or leak information to someone else who will. Or maybe it has just taken them this long to get it done. But since both Dave Goeddel and Corinne Lyle have purchased shares this year at higher prices than TLRK is currently trading, I think it's a good bet they consider the stock undervalued.
