Amazing public record of deception:

Fed minutes show that the neutral bias in last month's meeting was issued, not because they were neutral, but because they determined that such a statement would be desirable in order to soothe the markets.

I am surprised this doesn't amount to a criminal confession. If the Fed issues a statement, isn't there a legal obligation for that statement to be made in good faith?
