I agree with you, the speed limits don't make any sense considering the highways and vehicles.

However, living in LA, I do know that they hand out licenses to utter morons.

somebody (a teenager I'm sure) stole my "emblem" - the flat BMW logo from the hood, not really a hood ornament- from my car when I was in front of the gym the other day.

Anybody ever had to replace one of those, is it some trivial thing or does BMW charge hundreds for that. I mean why would anybody steal something like that, too much really. My car is 4 yrs old now too.
