That is EXACTLY what the "track day" at SIR was this last August, using staged situations... You would be amazed at what cars like the Audi, Mercedes, Porsche, BMW etc can do.... the anti-lock braking devices are incredible... you can actually be turning under full braking (with the anti-lock working) and the car is stable, and still with directional capabilities...

Amongst several tests, we used slalom courses, then turn/brake (hard) and stop (from 65/70 to zero in about 10 or 15 feet (approx)*... amazing The car never failed to be stable.

(*) I did not measure the actual distance, but it looked incredibly short for the speed and the maneuver, the car would come to a full stop without hesitation (in spite of the hard braking condition AND turning of the wheel)... On the slalom course, the car would hardly sway, weight transfer was minimal at 65 mph... you can drive this car at better than 100 and it feels you are going 40.. then apply the brakes and stops in no time... a true pleasure it is... ah yes, and it takes you 0 to 60 in 3.7 secs... when you stop it, (after you get your eyeballs back in their sockets), you never knew you were going fast at all... -g

They say... "driving is a privilege not a right"... fine... then you ought to KNOW how to operate the damned thing....

Just like guns.... guns themselves do not kill, it is the idiot behind the trigger that does... same with autos.

Unfortunately... the morons are reproducing faster than the rest.... then we have the lawyers.... ah yes the lawyers... oh and let's not forget the democrats -gggg

If there is a hell... (unforttunately, I do not believe so), I hope all BAD lawyers will go to it, where they get tried by some supreme hellish lawyers in their own cases that would decide whether they themselves go to hell or not...

[the risk I run is... well, hell may end up being a real fun place ---LOL]

Aside from fundies and my read of the chart, my reasons for shorting WEBX now can be summed up by

insider.thomsonfn.com

Note recent sales at these prices. The new buy comes from a new director who has to hold something. 500 whole shares, haha. A couple of board meetings and he'll be OK, even though he can't join his compadres in the sell off.

Cheers, Tuck
