I have no idea why you are disturbed by what Jimmy Carter said. Jimmy said that GW's goals were good but he wouldn't have gone to war to obtain those goals. Gee, isn't that exactly why Jimmy got the Nobel, but was a terrible president. He had good goals, but lacked the competence to get the job done. I would be more worried if he said GW was executing properly, but had terrible goals. By Jimmy saying he wouldn't have done it that way, isn't he actually saying GW is doing it right? Well, when you put it THAT way...
