Didn't get a ticket that time but did coming down the grade into Carson City. The cop told me he had to give me the ticket because the speed got locked on his radar.

I told him I was speeding because I was passing 3 motorhomes towing boats that were caravaning. He said very sincerely "tell it to the judge, he's a really nice guy." So I did. And instead of getting a speeding ticket - a moving violation - I got a "Waste of Fuel," citation, a Federal offense with a $50 fine attached to it. It's the way Nevada proves that it's giving tickets to people so the Feds will continue giving money for their highways.
