thanks for clarification re: vesting period for amortization--you are probably correct about that and it's a very good point. this implies that the "ramp-up" period to a full stack of amortizations only takes 5 yrs instead of 10. so more option expensing hits the bottom line sooner for cos that opt to expense (as they should imo). re: "seeing" the answer, my apologies, but i explained it all over about a dozen posts, and i'm not going to do it again 7 or 10 days later. believe it or not i'm sick of the options discussion! ps. minor "grub"
