Of course! Everyone would prefer resolving these issues without any bloodshed, whether American or North Korean or Iraqi. The idea of killing those already victimized by their regimes is not at all inspiring. But there are worse alternatives then military action if we allow these problems of proliferation among malicious regimes to fester......
