Your motion of "No Confidence" is seconded.

The concept of confidence is at the heart of the disingenuous policy statement. It is also the bedrock upon which any fiat monetary system rests. The entire thing is a con game by the most common definition of the phrase. It only works as long as the masses have confidence in it. Historically, all attempts at fiat systems have ended with a loss of confidence and return to a "hard goods" or barter system.
