I once met a bona-fide, card carrying, proud to be, racists, and his remarks were horrifying. He said that (well, he used the N word, which I refuse to repeat)"those n****** would just as soon rape a white woman and then slit her throat. Then they would go after the men. We have to keep them down or they will kill us all." I said to him, "you are joking, right?" He said, "no, I am not joking, this is true." He went on about in ways I wouldn't repeat. I was completely stunned that one human being could say the things he did about another human being. (yes, I had a sheltered upbringing.) Needless to say, I did not spend any more time with him. He was from Ohio, and looked like David Duke. M
