One sickening example, your 'rule 15' for 'men's gifts' might have unintended implications in a State with the political history of Mississippi (where lynching a la Billie Holliday's "Strange Fruit" was a real threat to keep Blacks from voting in that '48 'Dixiecrat' election.)
