>>who has a picture of him??

There were a couple of SI outings on the left coast, with pictures posted here. I don't know of Tim attended. Some of the attendees were Subject 15742. There was also a larger get-together with some of the GNET or INSP folks, with an award ceremony of some sort. Pictures were posted for that also, but I don't know where they are. And, again, I don't know if Tim attended.

It was confirmed by the LA Detective who handled the case, it was Tim. The last time I spoke with Tim on the phone He sounded a little down compared to previous calls before He hurt his back. I considered Tim a good friend after seeing another side of Him that he did not show on SI much. If Tim considered You a friend He would do anything to help if You needed it.

It was Tim.

However, it would be interesting to see what kind of response you would get from the store.

You can tell him you are a reporter. I am sure that some financial rag will pick up on this story.

You are definetly calling the wrong side a POS. The store or shop owner was not committing a crime. The perp is the POS in every crime. If someone robbed your business or home, or raped your wife & daughter at gun point-- even with a toy, would you or your family be the POS? Give the hero shop owner credit due! One less criminal on the street to do what to whom next. Makes no difference who the perp is-- a dead one can cause no additional trouble and will not cost taxpayers to keep them in jail!
