NO-- There are VA facilities all over the country that offers help at no cost. There is no reason to have sympathy for anyone except the intended victim. Why do you not have sympathy for him? That may be the 1st person he ever killed and certainly is outside of a combat situation. He can suffer from PTSD and receive no help,, thanks to the perp.
