I read an interesting piece last nite in a book about Project Censored, which picks out major stories basically ignored by the press. They said that a ? Spanish research team found that marijuana helps fight cancer in mice; not a placebo effect, but actually tumor fighting. Apparently this was discovered in the US about '75, but the work was covered up by Ford, and later by Ray Gun, who tried to "vanish" all the research on pot. Apparently it is good against 3 types of tumors. If this is really true, it is a pretty unconscionable act. Smokey da Bear
