I agree.... So why would we encourage anyone to "act" as a reporter, and go into that store. Why are we arguing about this. We both agree that it was Tim. My point from the beginning was why further traumatize the store owner, by trying to confirm something we already know??? <sidebar, even if I did want to argue this point, the fact remains, I would win, simply by the virtue of the fact that I am woman!!!> 'nough said?? <smirk>

if you are so damned concerned, contact the beverly hills police dept for yourself. and leave the victim alone. (obviously if you had any real relationship with the deceased you would already know these things)
