"Republicans are showing their colors as economic thieves
Democrats show their colors as economic morons"

AAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Assholes to the left
Assholes to the right

Where can I find balance?

I want to adjust a great quote:

"When you reach a fork in the road, take it."

Geo. Steinbrenner?
(not sure if he said it, open for correction)

Revision:

When you reach a fork in the road
Pluck it out of the ground
Poke the tines into the load
'Til the herd becomes sound.

Losing my religion,
Tim

what miracle would Gore have pulled off???

an environmental initiative to save the economy?
Thus creating R&D and new development for transportion and distributed energy production. New technology then tends to spill over into more new ideas

a tax hike to improve federal budget status
Tax payments could again become proportional to the actual benefits received, not piddling welfare benefits but the supreme benefits of government protected private property and unified set of rules

less spending on security, more on unemployment
Less spending on pie-in-the-sky missle boondoggles that don't provide security. Less need to spend on unemployment

these are the usual shitty policies
These are the straw dog distractions that are not the actual and sensible proposals that have been put forward and which provided the only respite between the depressions of Bush 1 and Bush 2.
