Hang on! No, no, no... He is safe and he is well... don't worry. Now I finally understood why Jorj and I have this... natural, easy to get along thing. [at least I think so -g] I could not understand it until now. [believe me, he is ok] p.s. don't ask... I lost, but for the ticket's cost ($40) it was worth watching the show... (and taking part on) A cop that lied through his teeth, a county attorney that was the re-incarnation of some medieval court jester, a typographer (or whatever the hell they call them) that sat there like a robot, expressionless roboton... and oh the best of it all, a justice of the peace that wanted to wield so much power upon me that at one point warned me... "You are arguing with the witness, don't you do it with me". I acknowledge one crucial error in my questioning of the pathetic cop... I failed to nailed him down on the sequence of events as to WHEN and FROM WHERE DID HE SEE ME PASS ANOTHER CAR... (His own video showed NOTHING) --ah but.... he turned on the video AFTER he saw me pass, a "pass" he saw me execute form.... HIS REAR VIEW MIRROR) --while he was checking on two other things at 65 mph-- WHAT A DAMNED JOKE !!!! lololololol Anyway... I was battling a combination of Spiderman and Superman, who had the capabilities to.... 1. check out I was the speedster (out of 5 oncoming cars) 2. check the fact that his radar was working against his own speedometer (running towards the opposite direction than me) 3. LOOK in his REAR VIEW mirror (at better than 65 mph) that: 3.1 I passed another vehicle 3.2 MY own license plate number.... IN HIS REAR VIEW FRIGGING MIRROR 4. the radar had NOT been calibrated for a while (oh yeah... but it had been tested with numerous other tests by the cop himself) NEVER MIND that it HAD NOT been calibrated for "a while" ..... I do not know if I was so astonished by the entire thing or what.... But the judge simply said to me... The evidence "clearly" shows you were speeding, therefore, I find you guilty of speeding... you know... we do not realize how capable our cops are to perform all these "multi-tasks" (bull shit) Then proceeding with the "sentencing".... A .... "deferred" sentence [so, amazingly --oh thank you judge for your ... "providence" (bs) so it does not go on my record, provided I won't speed in the next 6 months....]and a $$ fine of $40.00 US Dollars. Frankly.... I am going to wait 6 months.... then I am going to speed again so I can enjoy the show once again... [and fight it of course] but this time, I will have the experience of having dealt with these third class liars... I mean for $40.00 this is one of the best shows around.... a real life operetta.... and make these "public officials" my own private buffoons --while they think they are "making me pay for my sins" -LOL sorry but the justice system (assuming this is a token sample of it), has been reduced to a mockery... court jesters of the modern era, chimpanzees in black robes -lol Just as bad as any other third world country... the secret is... I have got to learn how to deliver more impressive bullshit than the opposition... Anyway... great afternoon, I thought the $40.00 was worth it... [But I still would have loved to win... I absolutely loathe losing... and I did this time and I hate it.] ... In truth, I lost for being naive and attempting to be a "good citizen" well.... f*ck that crap... next time the truth can go to hell, it is a matter of who wields the best acted bullshit... I suppose I must work on that, I suppose my mama did a good job of my upbringing.... and I suppose I have screwed up for being too naive.... As one of my... in town acquaintances (someone who, as former Hollywood "member of the cast", ought to know), told me... come on... you know better than THAT, it is all acting who is the best bullshitter... Oh well... shame, shame on me, I suppose I need some bullshitting giving lessons -g Am I exaggerating ? This may be no big deal stuff... but it does reflect on the system and it is crapped out. If one can lie about these things... the next step up comes even easier... no, I do not exaggerate.... you need to SEE their expressions to see what I mean...
