I like a company that has marketing in control (and not fluffy marketing, talking hard marketing), with finance riding them to maintain the margins. A rare situation in our biz. Usually engineering is in control and everyone else is along for the ride (with the exception of sales who can actually exert some pressure but often focuses on too short term of goals).
