I think "unbelievable" is the key word there.

He boasted of huge gains, but if you read the claims it was because he "traded" 10,000 shares of this or that. Who the heck trades blocks of 10,000 shares at a time?

I certainly believe people can carry them to an extreme, but other people believe in them therefore they are real. I mostly work with .5 .38 and .61 for buying the dip. If you bid at them at least your not usually alone.
