That is the way I feel about cattle. Chemicals, displaced the buffalo, dangerous to the environment. Eat only genuine wild cattle (Argentina?). EC<:-}

Can you herd salmon? The reason they started farming salmon is that they were running out of the wild kind. Ditto trout. The GL's are out of trout. Used to be 100 boats ran from Rossport on the NS of LS, now 3 boats maybe. Lamprey, unattended Indian fish nets, zebra mussels, pollution from the pulp mills in the rivers that fed breeding areas,-- killed most of them. All government mandated pollution, wrong headed St. Lawrence salty access. Never should have built the Canal system, nor built the pulp mills on rivers the way they did. Ground wood non-acid pulp with no dumping would have made just as good pulp for paper, and they could have discharged waste to landfill no the river-chuck. EC<:-}
