Rule #1 never get cocky with weights or trades. Rule #2 Never blow up with McDonalds worker who makes wait 5 minutes. Instead get mad at the doctor, lawyer or accountant that you paid thousands of dollars for advice that turned out no better than the McDonald's worker could have given.
