on a 5 min chart is has been in a 2 pt range for last 40 minutes. must be the bottom of the bear market (ggg)

it is getting close to the low for ndx IMO befroe a move up, but need to be a bit cautious about a dump EOD which the longer we dont rally, the odds improve
