I odnt know who is getting polled, or whom does checks, but everyone I talk to is absolutly petrified that Jan will be an unmitigated retail disaster. Also poeple in both comercial and retail space in NYC are getting OBLITERATED. 50 a foot in GM building?????? 19 spaces soon available on 10 block stretch of Madison ave????? These clowns who work on WS are either morons are just dont do their jobs, cause the writing is ALL OVER THE PLACE that 2003 will be a disaster for the consumer. FWIW
