You then gotta luv the fact that Donaldson, the heir appearant to the head of the SEC, the agency in charge of enforcing Fair Disclosure, lobbied against Reg FD, claiming that it would dry up the free flow of information. Yeah, it sure would dry up the free flow of information to inside traders at the expense, and risk of the individual investor. Reg FD, would prohibit his firm's ability to trade against its own customers. AND THAT'S NOT 'MERICAN. That is true "doublethink". George Orwell would be so proud. :)
