White House officials refused comment on the assessment, first reported by The New York Times. However, Bush himself told ABC News his gut feeling about Saddam Hussein is that "he is a man who deceives, denies."

Hmmmmmmmmmmm.............Mr. Bush is relying on his gut feelings. Where's the evidence the White House has been claiming to have supporting their contention that Saddam is lying?

After beating the war drum all these weeks, if they can't come up with anything better than "gut feelings", they lose all credibility.

While I don't think Saddam is the world standard for honesty, you don't claim someone's a liar unless you have the proof to back you up.
