NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Market has one good week left for the year, said David Briggs, senior vice president of Federated Investors. In an interview with CNBC Friday, Briggs said in the next two weeks, the stock market should firm up and rise out of "tradition." He said, however, he doesn't see any new highs being formed. Briggs said the markets have been down for the past two weeks, held down by negative economic news.
