ECRB's future inflation index flashed signals last spring
but the Fed cannot dare restrain flows
such is the danger of KWinter onset

the real big rub here will be rising costs with no change in pricing power
Asian mfrs and general oversupply will keep the lid on prices
but on the cost side...
not only labor costs, but energy costs, health care costs, material costs, and supplier (asian) component costs
thus, deteriorating profit margins and earnings

the public has a long way to go before they figure that out
which is sad, but they aint that bright, and sure are gullible
it translates into stock pressures as a basis
then tack on dollar difficulties
and you get serious foreign capital outflows

gonna get increasingly ugly
the Fed knows this, but cannot say
