You must be pretty disappointed in the democrats then. Their actions from the great society forward have been an abysmal failure in terms of helping the poor. I left the dems when I saw that they could care less that they were wasting the great society funds and accomplishing nothing. At the point when I gave up on them they had spent over a million dollars for every poor person in America. If they had then given each poor person a million at that point we would be way ahead of the game.
