Any candle gurus around? The pattern on the naz might be the falling three methods (http://www.litwick.com/indicators/2213.html). The only reason it might not be, I guess, is that yesterday exceeded Monday's high by .29. I suspect that doesn't invalidate it, though. Now, will it play out as a continuation pattern? Dunno. The daily stochastics also imply we could bounce, but while John M. says no one is looking for the sharp covering rally (and he's probably right that no one is looking sharp), I think fewer are looking for anything like 1220 naz....

I would have liked to have seen a better right shoulder, but now that Jan. 2002 falling resistance line is probably going to get in the way of that happening anytime soon.
