qcom at $1000 was an obscene prediction too...

but it came pretty close.

my point about the primary trends is that i believe we can become very myopic wrt counter-trend moves...day to day, even minute to minute.

One of the things I learned in my studies of the primary trend told me that the primary trend always seems to carry further than anyone thinks possible.

I guess I've written this a few hundred times, but for all my new subscribers I'm going to say it again. The primary trend always runs to conclusion. The primary trend can be temporarily manipulated, it can be held back, it can be talked back, but ultimately, as night follows day, the
primary trend will fully express itself.

when he speaks about the primary trend running to it's conclusion, imo, he is saying the underlying fundamentals that support the trend can take literally years to resolve.

you have to wonder how many times we have to push out 6 months the recovery...(the kind that actually generates jobs) before people start saying to themselves "hey this ain't goin' away" ....so many have called for a capitulation type of bottom and we really have not seen that yet...and may never.....the bear could just take years to finally just peter out from long term exhaustion.
