Worldwide? by hetero-sexual sex.
There are special circumstances in the U.S. and Europe dealing with the bubonic plague 400 years ago that give a slightly different local circumstance.

the very first question asked by the Red Cross when giving blood is "are you a male who has had sex with another male, even once since 1977"

The other sex related questions are "sex for money"? and "sex with an IVD user"
