With all due respect, guy... nobody on this thread has suggested that the check's in the mail. The articles you link contain essentially no info that was not posted here two days ago when the Birchman decision was handed down.

"Outrage" followed by the hiring of ever more lawyers has gotten to be the typical response of Democratic "leaders" when established processes don't give them the result they hoped for. These are all legal issues, not political ones, but Davis thinks he can force the legal result he wants by stirring up outrage. Sorry, but this is a nation of laws, not of mob rule.
