Of course. This is why, in my humble opinion, the US threats of a nuclear attack are not deterring anybody. Everything I know of Americans as a culture and as individuals suggest that you people would not stand for it, and would not stomach it - except for a few abominations who could watch their government cause civilian deaths in massive numbers with no problems as long as they are not Americans, that is...

Also, you do realize that all nuclear weapons aren't city engulfing Boomers, right?

Oh do tell. Is there a new kind of nuke that does NOT work on the basis of a fission chain reaction and so can be pinpointed with accuracy, AND does not have a nuclear fallout?
