Ok, I paid the $140 and will be listening in on Tuesday to the FDA advisory panel for CRXA. I expect trading to be halted for CRXA while the panel is meeting. I will try and post reports as the meeting is going on.

The options agree with your assessment. The Jan 10's are .60 offered, insanely high on a 'normal distribution' basis. OTOH the Jan 5's are 2.55 offered.
