Don't forget that there are always propagandists and propagandists, each with his/her own agenda. I am NOT a Moslem. But having lived a good number of years amongst Moslems in Moslem countries I dare say there are moderate and peaceful Moslems. These moderates are some of the nicest people I have come across. Even 9/11 has not changed my opinion of these folks! But, of course, the extremist Saudi Wahhabis and (I believe most of) the Palestinians are something else. And many westerners, egged on by propaganda shit, condemn all Moslems anywhere as a bunch of very dangerous nogoodniks. Some joker posted an article describing a Palestinian woman's desire to become a shahid (martyr) for the sake of Palestine and to join her two sons who had martyred themselves early on, and her call to other Palestinians to kill Israelis. Apparently that joker did not realize that either that woman was insane (also probably a tool of propagandists), or that article was pure unadulterated anti-Moslem shit! and that such shit, in the aftermath of 9/11, sells a lot of newspapers and gives jokers who post them a lot of self-esteem and self-importance! Of course, some think they are doing others a stupendous favour!!! Take your pick!!! (BTW, insane or mentally-challenged folks have often been used to commit murders for the political ends of other people.) Another joker thought it was outrageous for Moslems to eat with their left hand. What's wrong with that? Does that joker realize that the majority of people are right-handed and so they do lots of things with their right hand, including fondling their own and their loved one's genitalia, masturbating and wiping/cleaning their own ass and that they seldom wash their hands clean enough to preclude infection of sorts? In ancient times, rolls of ass-wipers, soap and free-running water and hot-air dryers were unavailable. Should it then be surprising that the common folk were told to reserve their left-hand for handling food. Should it surprise you, too, that pigs (creatures that relish wallowing in dirt and in their own excrement) are a forbidden source of food. Yea, pork is forbidden food according to Deuteronomy of the Holy Bible and according to the Qur'an. I have observed that many Moslems regularly wash their hands before and after meals. Do folks in the West wash their hands often enough? Don't they not get sick, in one way or another, often enough? Could their minor ailments be attributable to dirty fingers touching their mouths, lips, eyes, ears and nostrils? Have you thought about that? (BTW, it is said it does not matter how you pick your nose but where you put the booger!)<g> Now do one simple test. IF you are a righthanded like most folks are, place your right index and middle fingers just below your nostrils and take a deep breath. Chances are that the smells you perceive will remind you of what you have done early on with your right hand/fingers. Next smell your palm. If you don't smell anything, chances are that your nose is temporarily blocked or densitized by some prior medication or drugs (hard ones????) you have taken. <g> It is only too easy to pick on any seemingly strange behaviour of any foreign people without knowing what was responsible for that behaviour to begin with. In doing so, one often betrays one's one's stupidity and ignorance and hatred and hyposcrisy and whatnot! It is a truism that if you hate someone, it is very easy to find fault with him/her! Maybe you can confirm whether the following is true or false. I was told that a Jewish woman is considered unclean during her period and she is forbidden to touch anything --- food, dishes, pots and pans and cutlery etc lest she should contaminate them by contact. I also heard she is often gagged, bound and trussed into wooden barrels lest foul words escape her mouth and she might go berserk!!! And then she will have to undergo some purification ceremony before she can have sex with her husband. Am I right? Or is it all hogwash? You tell me, OK?
