I hate the term "blow back". I think it is a stupid and lazy term.

Is it blowback that the United States is hated in the moslem world for its support of Israel? But since the Israelis were given nuclear technology by the French, and probably had nuclear weapons (and ballistic missiles) since the late 60's, do you think the United States should have remained neutral, and just let the Arabs and Israeli's just duke it out? Or do you think it was better for the United States to decide in the early 70's to back Israel, and make sure they never were in a position that they would launch nukes? I believe that the Soviets placed (Soviet manned) ballistic missile (nuke tipped?) batteries in Egypt to counter the French supplied missiles in Israel.

Is it blow back, that the United States provided arms and material to Stalin? The United States supported Stalin in the Second World War...The result? A fifty year Cold War. The Korean and Vietnam Wars. All this might not have been needed, if the U.S. had just stood aside and allowed Hitler to take out the Soviets.

it's all they know how to do. intimidate. use profound forc.e . live in fear that you gonna' lose what you got. ...
