Stop this mess. That ain' what this guy sayin' and you know it.

We might bicker over the exact number[s], but he's clearly saying that a large majority of blacks have an IQ less than their shoe size [the other number to bicker over]. Perhaps you're interpreting his statements as hyperbole. Perhaps they aren't.
