i know someone who had to get 4 before he got one that wasn't defective.

i'm giving them one more chance...

sad thing is they're probably still rated the best. sadder still is you know we are being overcharged for their manufacturing *deficiencies*

ouch! thats terrible news about Dell quality. I own nothing but Dell's (did consulting there once so kindof attached to the place) and at that time Dell quality was so beyond anything you could get from the competitors especially dogpaq it was worth paying more... Dell is actually cheaper now though... it used to be you could pound Dell systems into the ground.
